Shipping
Orders for in-stock items cleared by noon EST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day.
Shipping via UPS or USPS depending on the item, shipping time and destination.
Additional charges for expedited shipping.
Returns
Understanding that sometimes you need to return a purchase, we offer a 7-day return or 30-day exchange for most merchandise. For return of online purchases please contact us prior to shipping the goods to obtain service advice or a Return Authorization. Returns must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as which they were received.
All items must be new and in original boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must also be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund. Non-defective items which qualified for "free shipping" on the original order and are being returned will have the standard shipping charges deducted from the amount of the refund or credit. If any of the above conditions are not met, Cameraspot reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of up to 15%, at our sole discretion.

We do not provide labels for return shipping, buyer is responsible for return.
Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or CameraSpot Gift Card.

Limit of Liability
Submitting any tangible or intangible materials like film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials to for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by CameraSpot, our subsidiary or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault by CameraSpot, our subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing.
Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided. No value, other than replacement values is assigned to any submitted materials, unless prior written arrangements have been made in advance, and accepted by CameraSpot.
Unclaimed Orders
CameraSpot will not hold orders for pickup for any longer than 120 days, including orders with original prints or film. We will attempt to contact you however if no attempt to pick up is made we will dispose of unclaimed photofinishing or order after that time without further notice. Unclaimed photofinishing is not eligible for refund and does not imply or express any liability on the part of CameraSpot.
